Rental Agreements
All equipment rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement signed at booking, which governs payment, damage, and service terms.
Pricing
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary by season, distance, and unit type.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery may receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a delivery fee.
Liability
Cerise Portable Toilets is not liable for site preparation, ground damage from normal placement, or injuries arising from misuse of equipment.
