How Many Units Do You Need?

A common formula: 1 standard unit per 50 attendees for a 4-hour event. Add 15–20% for events with alcohol service. Double for events longer than 8 hours.

Standard vs. Deluxe vs. Luxury

For weddings and upscale corporate events, consider a luxury restroom trailer with real flushing toilets, sinks, and climate control.

Placement

Place restrooms 50+ feet from food, in well-lit areas, with clear signage. Group multiple units together rather than scattering them.

Servicing During the Event

For events over 6 hours or 500 attendees, schedule mid-event servicing.

ADA Compliance

Provide at least one ADA-accessible unit for every event.
